The typical line out the door no matter the time, day, or location. I am still amazed they are still in business.....thank you tax dollars.
Our postal delivery boy can't understand that cardboard + water = bad. He LOVES delivering our packages by just throwing them on our porch, in any puddle they can find. If they can't find a puddle on the front porch, they go to the side door (WHICH WE NEV ER USE) and put it in any puddle they can find over there.
This place is terrible, the lady that is usually at the desk when I come in is rude, seems miserable. I avoid this post office at all costs. Be nice, be better, it's not hard!
You all deserve to be outsourced, you absolutely suck at your jobs.
This is NOT my first time complaining. So, if any of you that work for USPS in Allendale can give me a call, please do. I've got a LOT to talk about.
Absolutely ridiculous. We have been waiting almost two weeks now for a package to be delivered, but we just found out that our mail carrier refuses to deliver it because she's afraid of our dog. Our dog is never outside during the day because we're at work. We asked many times for it to just be left on the step by the door, no knocking required! Why won't they just drive by and drop the package off? It seems like the carrier is just straight up refusing to come by our house at all. Do they think our dog is going to break out of the house? We have no problem with UPS leaving packages, so I don't get the big deal. I've never been so frustrated with a post office before. They don't deserve even one star. There's a reason the USPS is suffering!
