Awesome guys! They do awesome work. Brought my first truck there when I was 17 and have been bringing everything else I need fixed there ever since. They have always treated me extremely well.
The worst possible place you could ever take your car! They falsified hours on many of my invoices. I first noticed it when I seen time was charged under an employees name on a day that I was working there myself and knew he was on another job. This honest employee helped to confirm the extent of their overbilling. The young man had kept a log, or diary, that included every car, description of the specific work done and the hours he worked for every day he has been in the profession. He would do this as a portfolio to show the variety of cars and what type of work he has done. Comparing the hours of his notes to the hours charged for his labor on my invoices showed them over billing me many hours for quite a few weeks! Being paralyzed and in a wheelchair, this darn snow, health problems and more importantly still having a hard time dealing with the death of my 19-year-old (this car was my therapy because he and I started the project together) I didn't really want to take the owner to court so it keeps going on and on for me. The owners son, Andy was my sons best friend! It makes it so much harder on me. I'm likely to just hand all of the documentation off to a member of a local news team. They have reviewed what I have and thought it would be important to bring public awareness to my situation and they will follow through with assistance.
