The pizza is always good, but the subs are Disgusting. Last delivery order took over an hour and fifteen minutes. The subs were nasty and barely warm, and the Inn Sticks were cold. And to top that off, the delivery guy was rude and acted like I was putting him out when I asked him a question about the order.
If you ask for Doug or Brian you won't be disappointed.
I am disappointed to say that after being a customer with Cottage In pizza, Allendale, since they opened I will no longer be one. I received a Philly sub that was poorly made and only had meat on half of it. I wasn't worried, I was just hoping to get a new sub and that's when the manager told me they weigh the meat so it couldn't have been their fault. It surprised me that they couldn't do anything about this because I have never had an issue with them before. Anyways, I won't beat a dead horse. This review is not due to the quality of the food but represents their current customer service quality. Hopefully this won't be everyone's interaction, unfortunately for me I will no longer be a customer.
We are new to the neighborhood and this is the second time I've ordered from here. The first time I called, and the kid on the phone was kind of brisk, and made it seem I was bothering him by asking questions about the menu and any specials (He told me there weren't any BTW.). So we ordered our pizza online this time (With a special.), and not all the sides we wanted were listed. We wanted the chocolate desert bread-sticks again and they only listed the cinnamon, so we added that with a note in the comments what we wanted. We wound up getting a call from the store to clarify, so kudos to them for checking on what we meant.The worst part was that there was a 2+ hour wait time from the point we ordered our food to when it arrived, and it wasn't very hot by the time it got to us. It was pretty good food, but I don't think I'll order delivery from here again any time soon.
My wife and I have always loved cottage in pizza until recently. Not sure if it’s new management or employees. Ordered delivery 520 Nov 8 17 pizza didn’t arrive until 640 On Wednesday and we live 1mile away! Pizza wasn’t even room temp. Cheese was firm. Looks like Jets next time around.
