I really enjoy what GV has done with the bookstore, in terms of space and customer service. It's much more enjoyable to spend time there now, and more organized.
Prices were right and great selection.

I'm conflicted with this store. I love the selection and see many items I want to buy every time I'm on campus, but the prices are extremely high. Even the clearance items are higher than I would pay. Certainly worth a look around, but check Standale Meijer or Rally House in Grandville for affordability.
The laker tech store people on the second floor are super helpful and clearly enthusiastic about their job. Expect high prices on just about everything there however that can be forgiven due to how convenient it is on campus.
The Laker Tech Store on the second level is great! I brought my Macbook in with a virus on it and they knew exactly how to help me. They were extremely knowledgeable and fixed my computer completely. In 10 minutes and for free by the way.
